Mark and his staff have taken care of my family's insurance needs since we moved to Texarkana 20 years ago. They have taken care of auto/home/and life insurance for us. What truly sets them apart is the incredible service they provide. As our needs have changed over the years, they made sure we were well protected in case we ever needed to file a claim. When we have had to file, Mark and his staff have answered any questions and gone out of their way to make a bad situation easy and stress free. They truly are a wonderful insurance team, but they are even better people, who care about their clients and community.

I have had my auto and home policies with Mark for over 15 years and I can assure you there is not a better agent, or staff, than Mark Oubre State Farm. I have experienced two significant events with my home and Mark has been the first person at my doorstep to check on my family…day or night! In both instances I barely lifted a finger. Mark and his staff took care of putting me in contact with reputable and honest roofing contractors, plumbers, restoration services and clean up. Most of which Mark personally contacted. To say Mark and his staff go above and beyond would be a complete understatement. Thank you Mark, Leah, Robyn and Martha for everything you do for your clients. I could get insurance anywhere but these individuals are the reason I will never leave this agency!

State Farm truly provides a high quality insurance product. However, in my experience, working with Mark and other State Farm agents, perhaps the greatest differentiator and value is the attention detail, commitment and follow-up of the agent. I have been a customer of State Farm for years and I have nothing but the best customer service. Everyone in the office is so friendly and helpful each and every time I speak with them. A few years ago, an 18-wheeler hit me while traveling to Grandparents Day in Dallas. I called the office to let them know that I was in an accident. I gave them all the information needed, they walked me through the whole process. The also called several times to check on me to make sure I was ok and to see if I needed anything. That meant so much to me because they did not have to do that. I recommend to them to all My friend's family and coworkers.
