I've been a property since 2017, and have always received excellent service with Mars Hill as my property manager. My most recent interaction was with Michael Hart after being notified my property lease will end soon. I contacted Michael, and he let me know the tenants would like to renew and had already started the process. He was super professional, and his initiative to move forward in my best interest is the standard when I consider other services involving my home and properties. So glad Michael reminded me Mars Hill is the Easy Button if you're a landlord in need of a first class property management company.

Mars Hill managed my property for about 6.5 years, the first year while I was out of the country and continuing as I moved to another state, until I made the decision to sell. I have been very happy with everyone I have interacted with, from first meeting, through all maintenance and marketing interactions, to final close out of the last tenant.

Of particular interest, beyond the normal wear and tear, replacing a dishwasher, etc., Mars Hill managed a difficult period when my roof failed and the resulting damaged on all three floors had to be repaired in my absence. Ed Lui got on the phone with me and the main person who'd be guiding the repairs, to set expectations since this was beyond their usual support. I was so pleased and grateful for the help throughout that period as well as the rest of my time with them. They found good tenants for me and made my time as a landlord exceptionally easy.
