Mr. Watson is a rude individual, who cares nothing about the tax-paying people living on the roads he refuses to maintain. After phone calls from multiple people-speaking to him personally, not voicemail- he was still unwilling to improve roads. He was not unable. He was unwilling. He also stated he “answers to no one”. He is incorrect and he knows it, but lied. I believe if he makes others’ lives difficult on a daily basis, then the least the community can do is make his “job” difficult until he decides to actually DO his job. I truly hope he reads this, and has the intelligence to understand that most times a lady’s name will change when she marries. Therefore, a lady can live on her family’s land and have a different surname.
