Having stayed with my family at the Glendora, CA property managed by Martindale, I can honestly say we enjoyed our time living there! The property was in a great locale, wonderful community, and especially well priced for the area. As for the apartment itself, we had no issues with the actual property whatsoever. The staff was also very professional and incredibly responsive! Have nothing but the best to say about Ms. Lina and Ms. Megan. I left due to work relocation, but if I could!....I definitely would of stayed longer! 🙂

I have been meaning to write a review for a month now! I had such a positive experience connecting with management. Ms. Lina and Ms. Megan were super responsive and patient with me (it was my first time attempting to apply for a place on my own.) I had to go a different route ultimately, based on uncontrollable life circumstances, but they remained professional and kind despite the inconvenience of me having to choose a different direction.

I appreciate this team so much and honestly still sad I won’t be privileged to have them as management, but I am excited for the next tenant who does.
