I would have given them five stars, they were very nice and friendly, they unloaded me in half an hour, my appointment was at 10 am, I checked in at 8 am, they opened at 9 am, cleared me and gave me the paper work in half an hour. Nice, I won't have any more stars and I will give them to more ⭐️ . 🫡🫡🫡🫡🙌🏻🙌🏻

Friendly guy recived my load and unloaded in 20 minutes even there was 3 trucks when I got there they unloaded me fast

If you're bringing empty racks, i wish you very good luck. If I could give 0, that would be my rating. I came at 8 am in the morning. Checked in and handed my papers. I waited all day in front of the facility to be called and given dock door. While waiting i went inside and check them. They say that to unload me, we need to wait a truck coming from Mexico. That takes forever. At 7 pm I went inside again to ask, they said they don't have my papers. And they insisted that I never gave my papers. After a conflict they gave me door and unloaded right away. But as owner operator my day got wasted because of them. I lost money and time. If you can cancel it, do so right away. Zero quality of service. Never coming back again.

Drivers will break into place, entering through side of gate. Professionals dont do that. Professionals dont come here. Not fcfs. A lot of waiting. Must sign in driver kiosk. Not veteran friendly.

Appointment at 8, checked in at 8 and didn’t get unloaded til 12, supposedly they were waiting for someone specific to get there to unload me but they kept unloading other trucks that arrived there after me. Didn’t leave til 1.

Place is the worst!!!
Why do you have appointments if when you get there you still have to wait. Been waiting for almost three hours and their answer is that they have no room. Walked into the warehouse and no one acknowledges your around. I hate to say this but me being Mexican and being treated the way I am makes me understand why people call us BE...ER.
Worst place in Nogales hands down.

Brokers I don’t recommend you work with this warehouse. There are many other ones that are 100 times better. RUIZ, PRO TRANS, Etc.

It is absolutely the worst place the first time you come here! Very confusing! After you manage to find the right doors, things go very smoothly. They are polite, and helpful. There is a language barrier as there is with most warehouses down here. I never mind picking up here!
