I have to say that my favorite part about working with Marylene, was her unflappable positive attitude. I met Marylene back in December 2022 as I was finally ready to purchase my first apartment. The overall home purchasing process, especially the first time, is very stressful. Marylene has been a great support every step of the process: she is *very* responsive, she helps you understand what matters and what does not (which is very important because the flow of information is endless!), she gives her honest opinion about a property for your own sake and focuses on understanding you and your project. She also is surrounded by a very efficient team and partners, which further smoothes the overall process.
