I called this branch looking for some general information and quotes. I initially talked to Karesa who was very polite, energetic and helpful. She directed me to an agent who answered all my questions. Will definitely consider making the switch to Matt McCarty State Farm.

These people don't care about you. They just want your money. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.
I am in a total loss situation (haven't had car for over 3 months now) at first it was a car insurance claim, had car in mechanic shop trying to get it fixed. parts are on backorder because its a german car and they want them to use second hand used parts to cheap out on.
to be fair they were trying to fix my car up until 2 and a half months later they decided total it out. well that's okay even though I had to pay out of pocket THOUSANDS of dollars on rental cars/ubers to get around.. before I can get my total loss check they have to get the car picked up from a towing company. I cant get a hold of my claim handler for multiple days calling every. single. day. she had a voicemail set up that shed be out of office until the 19th. she didn't get back in office until the 21st, those days she's gone I'm trying to reach my agent and got a hold of him once, got a super fake "oh I'm so sorry to hear that" response then tells me its out of his hands nothing he can do, I need to wait on my claim handler to get back in office. She also went out for days without a heads up at all.. her voicemail is set up saying "leave a message and one of my team members will call you within one business day". NOBODY CALLED BACK.
Get a hold of my agent saying he will make this urgent and someone should get back to you within a day. NO ONE CALLED BACK. they don't care.
now we are at a point where the towing company needs to pick up my car and once it is picked up they can send me the funds from the total loss. mind you i am still paying out of pocket for rental car while they are DRAGGING.
I get told tow truck has been dispatched on a thursday the 21st, should be picked up by end of the day. friday comes around and i am promised the car will get picked up by end of day for sure. and that i will recieve a call or text about the funds getting sent to me. NO CALL OR TEXT. then the weekend rolls around and now its monday, apparently tow truck TRIED to pick it up on friday but the auto shop was closed when they came around..... they tried at 4 pm.. (which is late af imo)then was told tow truck has been dispatched again on today (monday) and WILL get picked up by end of day, or by the time the mechanic shop closes (5pm) I've been calling every hour to claim handler and tow truck company to them saying "well it says here tow truck is dispatched so should be today"
then its 4:35 (shop closes at 5) I called the towing company and they said "vehicle is on the way to the shop right now". So I call my claim handler and ask what is going on with the tow truck just to get an update since i was promised TODAY multiple DAYS AGO. and so she calls the mechanic since its almost time for them to close and he says no one called him about picking up my car normally they call an hour beforehand to make sure. ARE YOU KIDDING ME..
so now I have to wait ANOTHER business day, and before I hung up with the claim handler lady (Alicia Sanchez Lopez someone located in arizona not even local) she decides to tell me after all this last second "well actually when it says tow truck dispatched that can take up to two business days" AFTER PROMISING MULTIPLE DAYS NOW THAT IT WILL GET PICKED UP BY END OF THE DAY. I am furious and so pissed about the empty promises and fake responses and lack of care. this is dragging on for so long and is literally costing me so much money on rental cars that it is financially killing me . it's messing with my livelihood and it makes it worse that I keep getting told it'll be picked up by the end of today and in my head that means yeah the car will get picked up BY TODAY just to get let down over and over and each day more money on car fare. at this point you'd think they'd call me to give me an update but no I have to keep calling to get any sort of update. this is so ridiculous and I am so mad at you guys I will take my business somewhere else after this is all said and done. and encourage everyone else to as well. you guys could care less

Signing up was the best part of my experience. After that it was all down hill. You have to call multiple times to get a call back from Matt; he's really not responsive. I received a letter from State Farm Underwriting letting me know I had too many roadside assistant incidences and they indicated they might take away my towing privileges. If the roads weren't so bad here I wouldn't need towing as I've had several flat tires. Since I cancelled my policy midyear it's been two months and still no refund. I called the office and they assured me it was on its way but still nothing.

Matt is a wonderful State Farm agent and the employees there are amazing as well. They go above and beyond to make us happy and best insurance in town. If you need insurance at a great price please go with Matt. They will take care of all your needs rather it’s car, home, or rental insurance they will give you a good price.
