I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Paulette is the most rude and ignorant property manager that I've ever met. She doesn't keep track of paperwork. I was told i never paid a security deposit just because the property has changed through so many different companies. She locks you out of your account with no notification, so your rent will be late. They don't make sure tenants clean up behind themselves or their animals. Trash everywhere. Children breaking bottles in the parking lot. There are no cameras that help the community only in the office. My car got vandalized, and they couldn't pull any recording of the incident. They raise the rent whenever they want to. I had a roof leak and an electric problem that didn't get fixed during the time I was there. The tree branches are about to come through the windows with good gust of wind, but that got swept under the rug. You can hear the people under you conversations cause the walls are so thin. Don't forget about the pond of frogs you will be hearing all day and night or the train constantly running every hr at night. The best thing I have done was move away from this loud invested place. I was one of the lucky ones who didn't get bed bugs or roaches and I thank God for that.

Just applied here today. The leasing office manager was VERY nice and professional. She provided me with great information an upon my first visit gave me a tour of one of the available units. The lay out of the apartments are very nice and the area is very quiet and clean. They have a pool, gym and they units also have washer and dryer hook up with many other amenities. I am Looking forward to being a FUTURE RESIDENT!!

I’ve been to so many apartment complexes for the past 3 months trying to find an affordable home for me and my daughter. Mrs. Michel made that happen for us. She have the most beautiful personality, been patient with everything that was going on with my move. Responded to all of my emails and phone calls. I really truly appreciate the great customer service I was given at the time applying for my new home and moving in. Thank you so much Mrs. Michel. We can’t thank you enough!

Rental manager was very helpful with getting us moved in. She explained the process and kept me updated prior to move in. Maintenance is helpful but extremely understaffed which causes maintenance issues to be unresolved for an extended period of time. One con is that people allow their dogs to use the "bathroom" anywhere and are not penalized for leaving it for others to step in. People also leave trash outside of the dumpsters, I'm sure that will lead to rodent problems.

Run down place kids all the place move in a apartment that carpet were already ragged
They supposed had put in new carpet before I moved in and they didn't. Rodents running every where kept reported it nothing wasn't done, Mildew and Mold .And company refuse to give me some of my Security Deposit making me pay for that nasty ragged rug that were left in the. I move in
I have reported this Company South Oxford. They are a sorry Company over Mattox Landing
