Seasoned/NEW DRIVERS AND SAN BRUNO RESIDENTS Pls read ⏬⏬⏬
Terrible agent wouldn't recommend for anyone looking for good service from seasoned to new drivers. Intially my mom wanted me to have reliable Insurance but didn't take to account on the quality of service her agent has been giving out . 1 st buying my car she messed up over the phone 2 nd and 3 Rd time send wrong insurance info - basically drove WITHOUT VALID insurance, having already paid for it waited basically 1 month (27 days from car purchase) then she forgot to take out payments for this month without telling me my rate was actually SIGNIFICANTLY higher than told by Maureen Colliss . That one did it it's not the money its the quality of service and the fact that she does not have her work affairs as a priority or in order/ subordination. Family has been with the state farm for 30+ years but after this experience I wonder why they stayed . Officially being dropped from my auto insurance sad because the company has provided great service but not Ms.Colliss.
