My husband and I have worked with the McCallister Financial Group since 2016. Rick McCallister, who heads this group, stands out among financial advisors, combining serious ethical principles with equally serious financial expertise that has lead to satisfying results for us, year after year. Rick works closely with us, checking in on a regular basis to see if anything has changed in our lives or perspectives that would in turn need to be reflected in our investments. He also puts a great emphasis on educating us – and all his clients - with lectures, discussions, and newsletters.
My husband has a certain amount of financial sophistication and knowledge, and Rick treats him with great respect as they talk through any differences in viewpoints that they may have.
The one time my husband decided to go against Rick's advice and took quite a bit of money out of the market, suffering substantial losses as a result, Rick never so much as said "I told you so!" - though he certainly could have. I, on the other hand, have relatively little knowledge in the area of investments, but Rick treats me with the same patience and respect he shows my husband. Rick and his entire team are extraordinarily responsive to our questions and needs, responding to questions in great detail, and typically answering them the same day! We once had to buy a property when we were out of town and needed to fund the purchase within a very short time. Rick and his team worked together to do all that was needed, including the making of very sound decisions as to which of our several funds were most appropriate to tap. In sum, we are grateful to have Rick McAllister’s guiding hand, and a wonderful team to support him – and us.
