This company sticks notes on your door weeks before your rent is due with an invoice of how much you owe for everybody to see even though your rent has been paid timely.
Now they are raising our rent at a property they just purchased or are newly managing. THEIR reason for raising rent; floors doors and windows, done before the property was sold and by the previous owner. During this time we had to leave our units, pack up all our belongings and wait until all of the floors doors and windows were completed not only a huge inconvenience it was a dust nightmare that we the tenants had to clean up. Certainly no improvement to the original floors doors and windows which were beautiful and I felt a sad loss for the properties original 1896 status, replaced with cheap modern doors, windows and floors.
Landscape is horrible when they built the new staircase they uprooted beautiful trees.
Stairs are now falling down.
Lighting stays on all night long you can't sleep as the bright light shines right into your room.
Trash removal we're responsible for taking our trash to the dumpster.
As stated, windows, doors, floors, done before they bought the property, the renters inconvenience of living through that nightmare, landscaping was the tearing down of trees, lights on a timer that doesn't work and that shines into your room at all hours, stairs that are falling down and trash removal that tenants do themselves.
Every single reason they stated in their letter an inconvenienced to residents and certainly no improvement.
