Donnell is the MAN!!! He will go through every little detail with you to get things right. Making sure every information is there!! He helped me out alot today with registration and title transfer that has repo on it. Plus, he hooked it up with insurance as well. 50 dollars a month!!! He's really patient and kind. Very helpful unlike those at a regular dmv. I will definitely tell people about him and go to him again. Come see him you won't regret it I promise you!!

I went today, Saturday-06/27/2020 and Donnell assisted me with great manner, professionalism and courtesy! I will NEVER go to DMV again!!

WhyHe can instantly do the same things without the wait. I needed new smog, plates and tags. I came from out of state. He referred me to smog guy-right up the street. That was accurate, thorough and swift- I took care of that-went back to his office and then he went out of his way to get my plates and tags for me because the girl before me had received the last one at the store at the time of my arrival. I was a walk-in-likely if I had made an appointment I might have made it easier for Donnell but he never complained. The place just has good energy with Donnell there. His word was honorable from beginning to end.

He went to his other place of business, got my plates and tags and brought them to my home and literally helped me put them on my car. I couldn't ask for better service!!! Earlier, I had mentioned to him how I had just been hired a a new place on Thursday and they asked me to start that upcoming Monday. He said, "I want you to be able to make it to work."

My car had been functioning without tags since March due to Covid-DMV had cancelled my appointment and I am glad that they did. Screw DMV. I'm coming here for life! Soooo THANKFUL!!!!!!!

my name is Anthony my experience with McNeal and Associates was great , you see I'm from Philadelphia and was heading to Ontario Ca. to deliver a load and also pick up a trailer that i purchased from Ritchie Bros here that was being financed by a local company in Los Angeles. Turns out that Ritchie Bros and the finance company had issues with the title and tax information. So on a Saturday morning i called Donell at McNeal and he answered the phone i believe it was his personal phone too. I explained my situation to him he told me what he could do and to see him Monday morning problem solved. So I'm say this to all commercial drivers of any kind if you need anything done for vehicle documentation or insurance go to Mcneal and Associates
