My experience at Meadowbrook was a interesting thing. I'm only 40 so it was weird to be surrounded by elderly neighbors and having people my age tend to my needs. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the time I spent with them I just felt like I didn't belong.
The nurses were rather pleasant like Arlyce Jackie Donna Bridget Lavada and so many more. I only experienced one nurse that was straight up lazy so lazy I caught her sleeping at the nurses station (Sue).
The CNAs were awesome and I could never list them all. Peter Onnie Dawn Jayla Ashley Sarah and so many more were so caring.
Maintenance was always on time if needed. The food was good could of used more as a portion but it's ok. Laundry service was always helpful. Housekeepers always kept my room clean and tidy.
So all in all I give you 4 stars it would have been 5 but Sue falling asleep and just showing no interest in the residents brought it down to 4.

My father has been in this facility for almost a month. They bathe/shower everyone once a week. There is a covid outbreak and the rooms have been cleaned once. My father can't do anything on his own at the moment due to hip issues and sometimes has accidents. Nobody cleans him up or changes his clothes. It's terrible how they treat people

COMPLETE GARBAGE IF A NURSING HOME. I ALREADY HAVE 3 INSTANCES WHERE THEY FAILED TO TEND TO MY MOTHER IN A TIMELY. AS A MATTER OF FACT. YOUR FACILITY WILL HE HAVING CHARGES BROUGHT UP AGAINST THEN, LET[S SEE --SHE SAT IN A POOL OF HER BLOOD AND ANOTHING THING SHE FELL OUT OF HER WHEELCHAIR; I DO NOT FEEL IT IS HIGHLY ETHICAL TO CRIMINALLY CHARGE A PERSON FOR SOMEONE'S CHRONIC CONDITIONS FROM HER BEING FAT! wow..how do you send a person to a doctor appointment with NO OXYGEN? seriously? oh yeah can't forget your NURSES DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO NURSE....having to BE TOLD TO MAKE SURE A STOPCOCK ISNT TURNED OFF AND YOU WILL "DISCUSS WITH YOUR NURSES".......THEN WE HAVE THE LOVELY HOLE IN THE DRAIN TUBE WHICH IS TELLING ME YOU ARENT FLUSHING IT. HELL YOU WERENT FLUSHING IT WHEN SHE GOT IT.....NEVER HAVE I SEEN SUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM FROM NURSES. MY MOTHER'S NEGLECT BY THIS FACILITY IS GETTING OUT OF HAND. GLAD I CALLED ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES. MY COUSIN COULDN'T EVEN TALK TO MY MOTHER BECAUSE IT WAS 10PM. APPARENTLY 10PM IS EXTREMELY LATE NOW. I ALSO CONTACTED THE ELDER ABUSE HOTLINE AS THE AMOUNT OF NEGLECT IS OUTRAGEOUS. VLADAMIR PUTIN COULDN'T EVEN SURVIVE IN THIS PLACE. ITS ALL GOOD...I CONTACTED BORIS...18 examples of nursing home neglect caused by this facility....

Horrible!!!!! Under staffed and very unproffesional. Called to schedual an appt to see my loved one and kim said my loved one wasnt actively dying and started giggling. The facility knew my loved one was stage 4 cancer and very ill DID NOT put gaurd rails on his bed nor followed protocols. My loved one fell out of bed and broke something and the next day he died. HORRIBLE FACILITY!!!

The staff at Meadow Brook is terrific! But—they are very short staffed. Also they knew my son was a fall risk—and yet they had no alarm on his chair, & he fell. I was told their insurance deductible was $10,000.00 & they had no dental coverage. So unless I take them to small claims court to cover my $354.00 out of pocket, I’m out of luck. Pretty poor!!! (His front tooth had a pretty big chip out of it bcuz of the fall). 2 stars for them!

Not managed properly, only 1 CNA to work for a wing of 25 people. It people that need to use a hyolift is suppose to have 2 operate they only use one. Workers are so over worked and stressed. They can't keep employee's. They don't care about patient at all. When asked questions about patient care you only response of "we look in to that" or "i understand". It is not cleanest place either!!!!!!!!
