In response to the previous response. I agree as well that management/Owner of this community is out for the money and how they can fill their own pockets. It’s a shame how much we pay on space rent each month. This community is under “rent control “ I have been living here for 3 years in June and each year the rent space has gone up $45. My home is on the market for sale with century 21 it’s been 4 months with no offers. But I have noticed that West State Homes agency are selling like hot cakes Mmm? Hopefully things will change for
the better in the future. It’s a beautiful community with much to do and a market very close to the community. But it’s time for us to move on.

This place manages the mobile home park I live in. They could care less about their tenants, only money, money, money and how much they can get from us. They do not respond to HOA, nor tenants. Nor will they invest in better internet or anything that will cost them money. We get TEN megabits here! TEN. They do not care as long as they get the rent, doesn't matter to them if you have to sell your house for less because we have the most expensive space rent around. 2023 I receive a $76 a month raise in rent! Just evil people.
