Currently in process of filing a tenants assertion with the courts. Cant wait until my lease is up, im outta here! Cant use kitchen sink or bathroom floods out of the wall behind toilet, outlet in living room not functioning, kitchen light not functioning, bedroom light works when it wants to, literally being ignored after numerous phone calls and visits to the office. Read the reviews there is a pattern of negligence displayed with this company and for that theyre going to find themselves in court.

I’ve been renting from them for 4 years now. I haven’t had one positive experience in 4 years. Their staff seems to have a high turn over and most of them are rude. They advertise 24 on call maintenance and that is false. Their response to maintenance requests are extremely slow. They do not provide emergency maintenance and they don’t seem to care if you’re left in a with no working plumbing. There is no sense of urgency and they will give you the run around. 10/10 DO. NOT RECOMMEND

The worst property management company in the 757. I rented from them years ago and I have to pay them off. I been calling all week long and then when I talk to multiple ppl they don’t know what they doing. They act like they real busy. No they just not getting there work done. They are rude. And yes I was rude because I’m trying to take care business. Even back then when I rented from them they were horrible. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Do not waste your time with this company. If I could give negative 5 stars I would first of all some of the girls who work in the office are rude and second and they’re terrible at getting things fixed in a timely fashion. I’ve had an ongoing maintenance issue and in my opinion these are unacceptable living conditions so I have a toilet that doesn’t work it backs up into one of the bathtubs and I have water leaking in my kitchen they came out cut a hole in my ceiling and then left. Supposedly came back another day but I never heard a knock on the door meanwhile I have dirty toilet water leaking in my kitchen and it’s only getting worse and I can’t get anybody else to fix it. And the best part is when I signed my lease I paid all of my rent for the The year so I don’t even have the option to put my rent escrow until these repairs are made

So I refrigerator hasn’t been working properly for over a month. I’ve called at least once a week someone came out and said I needed a part to fix it so they would be back no one ever came back to replace the part in the meantime the temperature in my refrigerator fluctuates which is a great way to get food poisoning by the way so over the last month and a half we’ve had to throw out so much food we had to go buy a mini fridge just to keep some food in the house I’m six months pregnant with a complicated high risk pregnancy I can’t work so we’re only down to just my husbands income and they want to tell me it’s my responsibility to repair or replace the refrigerator I’m excuse me that is a homeowners responsibility I am a renter. If you rent from this company you will find nothing but problems. And maintenance request will go straight to the trash. Stay as far away from this company as possible. You’ll only be met with hassle and incompetence.

Mercury Property Management is absolutely phenomenal. They were honest and transparent during my application and decision process. They were supportive to my situation and that meant a lot to me, especially when I needed it most. My home is worth the value and I am excited to help make it special. I look forward to the rest of my business relationship with the team and I would recommend to give them a try! My advice is just to make sure you have your personal affairs handlers and finances ready to ensure a smooth as process as mine. I am forever grateful for Mercury property management!

Mercury Sucks - my neighbors have been selling Meth and Crack - even to Teenagers and I Reported it to the Office and nothing happened so I reported it to Social Services because they are getting a Rent Valchure through the state, because they want work like the rest of us.... Now that S.S is involved aTurns out the people Living there aren't Josh & Amber Huggins , who are the people on the Lease !!! They've been gone for 2 years...!!! So Mercury is Breaking State Law , S.S. is doing an investigation into Last Tenants for Fraud and The Police have the New Tenants under Surveillance... Going to be doing Home visit soon !!! Hope they have there story straight... State Delegate, Keith Hodges has even gotten involved... When it comes to Welfare Fraud, call your State Delegate... That's our Tax Dollars... The State is wasting on a bunch of Lazy Drug Addicts - Damn when I was 25 I was working 60 hours a week on a Commercial Fishing Vessel, not pleading poverty, Nice Example to set for your Children, Entitled, selling Drugs and even worse is Mercury Property Management is Condoning this... Mercury is Piss poor , Bottom of the Barrel ... But then again the Apple doesn't fall far from the Tell !!!!

Took my deposit for superfluous $5000 in damages. $100 lawn not mowed (It was Feb), $200 for leaving mirror on wall (it’s double sided tape on a $10 mirror), etc. I was leaving for Afghanistan and did a walk thru. I had 7 days left on the lease to fix things, but they didn’t say anything.

It turns out that they sold the house after it’s been rented for over a decade. Selling condition is different than a move out inspection condition. I got that house in poor shape and they renovated it, kept my deposit, and threaten me to go to court.

Take pics, get everything in writing, get the “the owners” full info, prepare to go to court. They’re lucky I was out of the country.

Property Manager’s clients are their uncles, cousins, and in-laws. They will always side with the owner (family) and you’ll never see your deposit.
