I am sorry to see Meridian go , as I have gotten used to them & Deedy especially understood me & was always polite . Not sure how the new Realty Rental agency will be . I know that I felt safe over here before . The fella that was cleaning up in the laundry room & up by the trash area was really good too !! I miss the honesty of neighbours too.

They were great at first until my apartment was full of mold and lead to serious medical issues. They stopped responding I even went in person and they would ignore me. We’re very unhelpful, had an attorney contact them which they also ignored. Overall slum lords.

So I’m not the person to post a lot of reviews, but I felt like I should shed some light about this management. First of all, they don’t care about you. Don’t spend your money to a place that does not take care of you. There was a week when I was living in their apartments in which hot water would not work. I would have to shower in cold water for a couple days. They honestly did not care and barely try to do anything about the situation. I tell them my situation, that I need to be showering everyday for work since I sweat and asked if they can accommodate for the situation. Said “we will turn on temporary hot water”, where was this hot water, I really like to know. Also, security deposit, they’ll try to drain you from your security deposit. Fixing a window lock is 100$, it was simply detached and I just lazy to put it back on and was charged 100$. It’s a simple fix. From their actions it tells a lot about their morals. Go somewhere else. Also look at the reviews down here and how they reply to the reviews. They aren’t genuine at all. Copy and paste.

Would definitely not recommend working with Meridian. I lived in one of their properties for 4 years. In that time, the whole 2nd floor had to deal with maggots where todd (Meridian landlord) said “it’s my day off,” black mold in bathroom & on the roof of outside walkways to which Both Todd & Schuyler (Meridian property manager) denied it was harmful and Schuyler actually said “humans need mold to live,” there is never parking & other tenants will vandalize your car and Todd will knowingly not do anything, the place was built so long ago that I’m convinced the mold is throughout the entire property. Nothing is fixed until you pester Todd for weeks about it. The laundry room gets infested with bugs regularly. I ended up having to fight for my deposit after dealing with all of this.
Took over a month to get a portion of deposit back.

I was so surprised at the fact that they 1) almost always answer their phones, and if not, call back promptly, 2) are very pleasant to deal with, 3) do what they say they are going to do, and 4) are very efficient. Emma is wonderful to work with and very patient. Andrew in the leasing office was ON IT, and I really appreciate his responsiveness. My son and his friends leased an apartment with them, and I can tell it’s going to be a great year!
