Metzger management, (Nicole) Will be sadly missed. Her kindness, honesty and professionalism is very hard to come by! In fact we have decided to move since the new owners have not brought Nicole over with them! Thank you so much for everything Nicole!! You were much appreciated!!

I think the place does good when they want to fix things but I think they're cowards as in the fact that when they want their rent hike they just leave the note on the front door they don't give it to you in hand, also this company ever since covid is very impersonal they rather have to deal with you through the app or leave messages or write a message to atempt to get there attention and I think that's lazy ,other than that they're ok...

Current tenant with Metzger Property Management. Have rented with company in past had no problems for that year except not receiving my full deposit after moving. Received $86 from a $500 deposit. My lesson learned and should’ve been a flag but didn’t know any better. So I retuned 2-3yrs later in 2018 at new location, same management team as I returned to school. Obviously, I was not a horrible or impossible tenant. This new property however has a roach problem. Did the usual email maintenance request to PM office they forwarded me to my on-site manager Eva. I follow their protocol with their contracted pest control for 2yrs, I still see roaches! Pest control only offers bait. He would not spray the unit. When I email PM and Eva the 1st yr requesting a new refrigerator because I’ve seen roaches inside, they direct me to pest control, which only places bait along base board. Refrigerator was never replaced. I asked pest control if they can do more? Spray? Bombing? He states fumigation, I’ll have to leave for 3hrs. I accept. I see roaches that night and remaining week. PM tells me no one else is complaining, you are the only tenant. Impossible, when I saw dead roaches when I moved in. I assumed PM takes care of the problem, they were dead. I also spoke to a neighbor, they also made a complaint and were seeing roaches. Fast forwarded to year 2022, Building manager Eva calls me ask if I’m still seeing roaches? She tells me she sees them in her apartment, it’s excessive. So now action is finally taking place. Tenants have to clean out on-site storage units. Fumigation for all units. Before that gets done I again see roaches in my refrigerator. I make another complaint, request refrigerator. Building manager Eva becomes rude, ignores me and attempts to become bully because I left message at midnight. Tells me “pay my rent, remove my trash, do not contact her at midnight”. I state, she wasn’t obligated to. She could’ve responded during business hrs. PM management ignores me. Apparently I never made the refrigerator complaint before. Compared to the other apartment buildings on street I’d rather stay at this location. Metzger is usually good and has affordable rentals. I must say, the biggest issue was the lack of communication and an infested refrigerator. That’s it! I would’ve stayed.. P.S. refrigerator was never replaced apartments have not yet been fumigated.

Very nice lady that works there very helpful and understanding. Hard to get a place there on the list I am not understanding that the rules Hass to have three times the rent also the other rule is that you have to have three times the landlord now I asked was this they are rude or was this the owners rules they said these were the owners so each owner Hi the exact same rules very strange. There are a lot of people that struggling And do not make that three times the rent like me I am a one person so I do not make three times the rent and buy my rent history of landlords mostly I live with family members or friends I’ve been homeless so I don’t have three landlords to review. So by saying that my application was denied.

I was having a horrible time trying to find a house that would allow my 100lb lab mix. I called Metzger and they were so nice! Nicki got me in a lovely little house and I've had no problems with them at all. They have promptly addressed any needs or questions I've had!

I have had the best experience with Metzger Management. The employees are always friendly. My agent Shawna is awesome and is always available when needed . She is fast if something needs fixing or if I have a problem. For as long as I rent I will stay this this company and Shawna.

I was having trouble finding someone who would rent to me because I had no rental history. They gave me a chance to prove myself when no one else would. I have to say that I am grateful! The manager of my property (Nicole) is always on top of things. Whenever I have a problem she gets to it right away. Thank you metzger management you guys are the best!
