My community has been using MGR for less than a year. We saw a great improvement in the community environment and miscellaneous WOs getting fixed quicker. Annette and her team have done a great job to ensure things are getting done and keep the communication transparent.

Not sure where the good reviews are coming from, do they pay people to do them? I’ve complained about my violent and belligerent neighbors, who have not let me live in peace for 4 years, many times. With just the initial complaint being responded to, then being completely ignored for 5 months while sending complaint after complaint. Had to resort to calling the police. God I hope nothing serious ever happens to me in my home, because I’m certain the police are sick of hearing from me. This company leaves myself, and my children in danger everyday by not acting upon these issues. $400 a month, to live in a prison.
