Michael Howell and his associates never contacted me to discuss my policy before they cancelled it. They have never answered their phone. I had to make run around calls to State Farm customer service to even get this local firm to contact me. And funny enough it worked because that’s when they sent me a text message, and Jennifer the Manager sent me the number to call. From the beginning she was really rude on the phone. She claimed that they don’t have to send emails, make calls out to inform the policy holder of underwriting issues before they cancel the policy. It’s also funny how I got a email today, with an email recipe of them talking about my policy cancellation on October 16th when I called about it on the phone and she claimed they don’t send e-mails out… Yeah.. I don’t care what the other reviews say on here. I don’t trust this firm or their agents and I’m glad to not be with them. I would give a 0 star if I could.
