We had bad storms a few months back now. It damaged our roof and caused a leak in the back room. They sent an adjuster over and we had a roofer come over. Both their adjuster and our roofer said yes there is a hole in your roof where wind lifted up the metal slightly. The manager in Missouri told the adjuster to change his report and say there was no hole. Thank goodness I had evidence of him telling us about the hole and saying in his initial report that the roof was messed up by wind. I also got the adjuster to admit in a text that his boss told him to change his first report to say there was no hole. I had to argue with the guy in Missouri and show him the evidence I had that they were trying to commit fraud. Which he had the nerve to say that the adjuster shouldn't have told me that. "The adjuster shouldn't have told the truth" I exclaimed. After being caught committing fraud they covered a small amount of what was needed to fix the roof and room. It didn't even cover the replacing of the roof. So now we are financing the rest of the roof and I have a back room that we had to gut and still can't be used cause we cant afford the repairs to finish it out. Midark are criminals and should be closed down. It's atrocious the way they handled the situation. They gave us the run around for weeks until I caught them in their lie then they continued to screw us over by not covering everything they should have. Now today I got a letter that they are dropping our coverage and not renewing us for next year. As if we did something wrong. The weather caused an issue that should've been fully covered by our policy. They treated us like dirt, lied, and got caught. And now drop us like we're the bad guys. At no point did anyone from midark but the adjuster do the right thing. I strongly recommend that you never use these people. They are criminals and should be shut down for wrongful buisness practices.
