I came here to ask about a small loan. They were not able to help me. However, they were able to give me the information I needed quickly and efficientley. They told me what I needed to know in about 5 minutes. Even though they weren't able to help me, they told me what I needed to know quickly and didn't waste my time. This means a lot to me. The bank I usually use required me to go into the bank branch in person to make an appointment, only to go back another day. That's a big waste of my time. I don't know yet, but perhaps I will switch my banking to these guys.

MidFirst Bank Anthem always is personal and supportive. The branch in Anthem gives you the warm and cozy feeling of banking in a small town, where everyone knows each other. I seldom do a review, but MidFirst Bank is an exception because they are an exceptional bank. I am always greeted upon entering, staff is friendly, helpful, respectful and professional. I couldn’t be happier with all my MidFirst experiences. Love the online banking too.

I have used MidFirst for years, specifically this branch in Anthem for the majority of the time and my experience has been nothing other than great. All of their staff go above and beyond when it comes to customer service (specifically Leslie, Nikolina, Ashley, Leah, Tatum). They put in the extra effort with each customer addressing everyone by name and make sure your needs are fulfilled. Truly a pleasure banking here!
