This management company feels more like a cash grab operation than a professional service. They’re quick to send out notices and demands based on one sided accusations, but slow to communicate or work with residents in a fair and transparent way.

There’s no real effort to build community or handle things reasonably—it’s all about policies, penalties, and paperwork. If you’re thinking about living in a property managed by them, be prepared to feel like a revenue stream, not a resident.

I would rate this company zero stars if I could. It seems to take advantage of individuals in the Black community. I applied for a house and paid a $100 application fee—$50 for myself and $50 for my spouse. Before submitting the application, I contacted the management company to clarify the qualifications, as this information was not available on their website. After speaking with a representative, I submitted my application.
However, just two minutes later, I received a notification stating that the house was no longer available. This happened on a Friday. To gather more information, I asked a friend to reach out on Monday. She was informed that the property was still available and was invited to leave her contact details to receive a call when the property would be shown again.
After waiting for about an hour, I decided to inquire myself whether the property was still available. To my surprise, I was told that it was indeed still on the market. When I asked why it had been marked as rented, the representative assured me that it was still available.
Three hours later, I received another notification indicating that the house was back on the market. I attempted to contact the management company again, but they were no longer responding or answering my calls.

I been with PMI for long time and they are one of the best property management companies in Wisconsin. Monica is very kind and very helpful and treats everyone nice best property manager I ever had. PMI Is like family to me and I highly recommend they always respond for me and my children they are a blessing to me.

This has to be the worst property management company ever. As soon as you sign your lease communication becomes terrible. They charge you for everything possible adding fees just to pay your invoices on line, then say even if you pay in person you’re still getting charged. I have been at my current location since 2019 and at the end of this lease I will not be signing due to the simple fact that PMI is the property management company. As a contractor and business owner myself who deals with countless property management companies, I have to say this is the most unprofessional unorganized group of people ever to call themselves management.

Michael is a FANTASTIC owner and property manager . Great guy that is very trustworthy and knows his stuff . I highly recommend him and PMI for ALL in the greater Milwaukee area.

Where do I begin...... just kidding Lola! I definitely can leave a book of reviews but I will sum it up that I really appreciate PMI and I’ve been with them in the same house for 4 years now! The house and neighborhood I have never had any issues with and small repairs are taken care of fast! They are pet friendly and a great company to go through if you want to feel safe and secure where you reside. Thanks for 4 years and many more to come!

I love PMI! As a military member I am rarely in the area and need property management I can trust. After trying a different PM in Milwaukee, I was dissatisfied and found PMI. From day one I have worked with Lola, who is absolutely amazing. I am so happy to have found PMI and will partner with them on all future properties.
