Mike and Flori were great, Mike got our home sold quickly (one that I also purchased with his help) and was able to get our contract accepted on our new home even when the buying market was very competitive. On top of that we needed to sell our current home before closing on the new one which can be tricky. Mike was able to negotiate with both the buyers of our old house, and the sellers of the new house, so we didn't have to move to a temporary home.
