My mother has lived for 17 years at a property managed by Mills. 20 days ago there was flooding and damage to her home. The roof, which is the HOA responsibility and was replaced by the HOA about a year ago is the problem as it leaks when raining. The management company has been stalling and changing their story. First it’s was two roofing companies fighting over who’s responsible for the warranty work. Then they need to call a plumber and the roofers who have been there before. My mom’s insurance company is ready to do the inside repairs however, until the problem is fixed they cannot. A 17 year resident who pay her expensive HOA fees on time every time and has had the services provided diminish over the years is not getting any assistance. Shame on Mills Management services

As an update: Chris Mills is threatening legal action against me if I don’t take down my factual review. Additionally she is accusing me of posting multiple reviews under different names only proving the companies inability to decipher the truth.

I have had my business with Mills Management for almost three years now. They are always prompt to respond to me via email, and kind. They do a great job of managing my business property and always are quick to assist. Mandi is amazing when it comes to keeping us tenants up to date on upcoming projects and things. I signed another year here because of how wonderful they are.

Often times there is a stigma that surrounds being affiliated with an HOA, but Mills is changing that. From prompt communication to stellar customer service, Mills puts my mind at ease. Thank you!!!

please read whole post. honest opinion of old senior citizen. the comments made by mills are not close to the truth about my experience with them. start: not pleasant experience. seemed preoccupied with things other than our community. easily tested and frustrated by the basic running of our neighborhood. not big on responding. didn't send emails daily as stated below. absolutely false. i did report problems w/pictures as they arose to help my community. i guess she considers that complaining because she had to do work and respond to them. chose which ones she did respond to. they don't answer calls very well. never going beyond the minimum often seeming to be put out. not impressed by them at all. now i just read their follow up implying they felt unsafe in this circumstance and had to protect staff with boundaries. omg. laughable. ridiculous. offensive. no one could even get ahold of them. i've never seen or want to see their office. another strike against them is having trouble telling the truth. i'm offended they would go that low. it seems desperate. we saw her online and at any meetings she attended. i feel that comment deserves she apologize. to insinuate they were hiding under their desks in fear is beyond belief. from what? doing your job? that implication is pathetic and beneath anyone. she ran from doing the job in my eyes.

I hired Mills Management 6 months ago to manage my commercial office building. They have done nothing but impress me. They are amazing! Chris and Emily are on top of every detail of our renovation. I already have two new tenants and two more on the way. They are very efficient and prompt in handling tenant issues and have amazed me with their attention to detail. From communicating with the city officials to managing competent contractors, their knowledge is vast. I highly recommend Mills Management.....you will have peace of mind knowing they are always there for you.

I have used the portal app to report maintenance issues a few times and found it so easy to report and include photos!
Soon after reporting I received notification that my request was received! I so appreciate the easy and efficient way to communicate with the team at Mills!

This review pertains only to Mandi Hessler, as I have never received a reply to any communication I have made to “Chris,” if that person exists.

Mandi has been very helpful to us this year and has always been prompt, efficient, friendly and understanding. HOAs are far from perfect and can be more like an adversary than a partner, so it has been a relief to have her on the property management team as she has been there to help make things go smooth. I am very thankful to her
