The group that runs the HOA are just like a group a group of kids trying to gang up on someone to bully them, and I'm not even talking about me. The can't budget a checkbook (ask about their plumbing bills and water bills), landscaping is atrocious (broken cement laying everywhere as decoration) and they'll pay security extra to harass residents if you aren't acting properly.

The grounds throughout the property look like they hasn't been an attempt to update since the 70's. And when I decided to move out the washing room was already out of service for 6 months (without any updates to residents) due to mismanagement of funds and not being able to afford what's necessary to fix it. The turn around of residents buying this property is hilarious and partially due to them.

These people (in the HOA) are in a position of leadership, hopefully to serve their constituency, instead of dealing with the problems in front of them they try to push out anyone who stands up to point out these issues, unfortunately. AND I AM OUT OF THERE!!!

Best of luck with them, they definitely are the type of people that can't manage their house let alone the property.

For years, this place was very bad, because of the bad management by a gang of bad directors. Starting last year, we homeowners finally banded together and got rid of the bad apples. Now, it is very well run and things are turning around. We homeowners now are very happy the way things are going.

As a 21 year resident at MCE, the complex is experiencing a renaissance. Our newest board’s majority has overridden the toxic trio of the past. MCE is on the rise. It’s quiet, verdant and friendly community make it a secret diamond. Close to great markets and numerous parks, the 3 pools call to residents “Come get refreshed.” MCE’s value is sure to climb sky high. Stroll the compound and see what I mean.

I just moved in here, and my experience thus far has been nothing but positive. Yes, it does seem that the HOA is a little strict, but I think that's a good thing. Not having the rules enforced in this huge Community could very easily get out of hand, making it very unpleasant for those of us that want peace and quiet where we live. Should my opinion change in the coming months I will definitely update my post.
