I’ve been a member of the Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union since 2004, and it has been my first and only bank. Over the years, they have had a profound impact on my life. I’ve used their services for savings, checking, vacation funds, personal and auto loans, and more. I’ve also had the privilege of receiving grants through my organization, Rebekah Children’s Services, which has only furthered my appreciation for them.
My entire family holds accounts with the credit union, and I’ve always felt like part of the family. The staff has consistently been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my well-being. They often take the time to check in, asking how my family is doing and staying up-to-date on my life’s milestones.
I’m truly grateful for such an exceptional institution. Even with their recent transition to the Maristar name, they continue to uphold their commitment to excellence, security, always putting their customers first and staying actively involved in the community.

They are the first business to tell me that Zelle payments are not instantaneous. My son in law sent me money on Sunday September first. I am being told that because the 2nd was a holiday, the money will not be available until the 4th. Not even the 3rd of September which is not a holiday. This is outrageous and borders on fraud.
