My realtor is better then yours, didn’t know if I qualified to purchase a home so my wife and I reached out to Mireya through a recommendation after trying with other realtors that were to busy for us and she took us that same day. Ran our paperwork didn’t qualify the first time, she laid out a plan to improve our chances to qualify for a home, meanwhile with in that year she would check on us to make sure we were on track with the plan several times. Finally everything looked good, ran our paperwork again and we qualified and began the search. Within that same week we found a house on the market and went for it. Mireya went out of her way that same day placed an offer on a Sunday on vacation and negotiated with the seller and guided us through the entire process to get my family our dream home. We met Mireya back in 2013 when she helped us get our first home. After having a not good experience with the agent we were working with at the time. We decided not to continue working with him, and a good friend of us told us about Mireya. After that, we were really glad things didn't work out with the agent, and we started working with Mireya. We were first-time home buyers, and she was really transparent since the beginning. Everything went as she said, and a few weeks later, we were moving to our new home.
