Let me summarize this business and particularly Cindy the owner/broker, based on the very accurate previous reviews that were written by others that I completely agree with! (yelp included) Oh and I'm an active real estate broker of 8 years and own my own brokerage... Ready?
1. "Cindy McDonald was wildly unprofessional and possibly mentally unfit."
2. "Cindy McDonald is an absolute disgrace of a human being."
3. "Completely delusional and has no idea what she's doing in regards to customer service"
4. "She seems to have anger management issues"
5. "Cindy McDonald is crazy and mean and unreasonable and doesn't know how to work with humans"
6. "Cindy McDonald is the worst realtor, who should be in a dog pound inside a cage"
7. "I'd rather deal with a donkey than with her"
8. Cindy McDonald seems to have overlooked all the legal obligations involved with holding a real estate license. She communicates very poorly, has a generally aggressive and argumentative attitude even when approached with normal questions" -Yelp Elite Reviewer

11. It was hard to find anything to add but she was extremely belittling to my wife when she spoke with her a couple times. She is just a terrible human being

Now I have manged a portfolio of 150 rental units (for 2.5 years previously), and currently manage just a few with my business. I know its hard to find a property management company with a 4 or 5 star review as its just the nature of the game. But seriously do NOT get near a property managed by this person. And do NOT even think about hiring her or anyone at her company to buy or sell your property. I don't know how her company is still in business, that's what doesn't make sense to me... She is just a sad pathetic human being. And I feel terrible for anyone that has to be around her on a consistent, even daily, basis.

WORST property manager ever! Cindy McDonald was wildly unprofessional and possibly mentally unfit. When I had to speak to her for any reason (as is sometimes necessary with your property manager) she was condescending and passive aggressive. When our lease was up and we were finally able to get out of there, she kept almost the entire security deposit DESPITE having a professional cleaning crew come clean the property before the inspection. She literally invented reasons to deduct from the security deposit. I don't understand how this woman has a job in any sort of professional setting? Has no one ever noticed she is an incompetent moron? Well heads up Mission Realtors...you have a terrible human being representing your company!! I hope this encourages you to replace her with someone with a better attitude, common decency, and actual understanding of business practices.
