Working with Asia Howell and Tyler Sommers at the Flagstaff location of Mission Restoration to replace our roof was a very positive experience. They were very professional and friendly to work with.

Asia was assigned as our project manager and she was very accommodating. She helped with our insurance company and met with the insurance adjuster when they came to inspect our damage. Asia went above and beyond in helping us get our shingle selection just right, and the paint color to match for the drip edge. She responded quickly to our texts and/or phone calls, and was available to answer any questions we had.

Delivery and installation proceeded on schedule. Workers arrived on time and Asia was on site during the installation, with Tyler here as well later in the morning. Tear off went quickly, city inspector OK’d the progress, and shingle replacement and clean up were all done by 4pm. We received phone and drone pictures from them to share with insurance as well.

We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend working with Asia and Mission Restoration for your roofing needs.

Very pleased from beginning to end with my roofing project. Reid was so responsive, and kept me updated on the timing of the materials being delivered and when the project would start and end. He was more than kind to the "not so kind" State Farm adjuster. Once the project started, it went quickly and they cleaned up afterwards. l would highly recommend this company.

I hired Mission Restoration to replace the roof on my house and garage this year. Completed 6/16/22. If you think you need a new roof call and ask for Aaron McNickle.
Aaron is awesome throughout the entire process. My roof was older and had hail and wind damage. Aaron helped me connect with my insurance company and also met the insurance adjuster at my house to ensure they saw the damage like he saw it. Once approved by my insurance company, we selected shingle and drip edge colors and were scheduled for our roof replacement day. The morning of the new roof day, Aaron showed up early with a crew of 7 roofers and they all busted tail to rip off & replace roughly 3300sq’ of shingles and drip edge. The were amazing and were done in one day!! They also did a few extra things like removing an old metal chimney that was a nuisance for my wife and I for years. It rattled every night when the wind got moving and it was very annoying. Now it’s gone, the hole was covered with wood and it’s gone! Another great touch was the crew painted our old vent pipes black and they look really good. A small section of wood was also professionally replaced! If you need a new roof call Aaron McNickle. He deserves a chance to earn your trust and business. I cant recommend Aaron McNickle enough!! We love our new roof. Thank you Aaron and crew!!

Great experience as a whole. Our project Manager Kyle Cummings was very communicative about when everything was going to happen and when to expect delivery of materials. The crew was polite and did a great job taking care when stripping the roof and moving materials. Very fast and happy with the finished product.
