Gabbi is one of the respectful, empathetic, and kind-hearted individuals that I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I look forward to our conversations when adding/replacing vehicles on my automobile policy or even just changing changing payment dates. Most recently, (today, 3/5/24) it was all of the above, plus a lot more which she could've passed along to someone else. But she was happy to listen and work with me to get the best price possible and literally went above & beyond on another matter. She LISTENED to what I had to say; and I'll leave it at that. She is the epitome of professionalism and God has blessed her with compassion and the gift of being a good listener and words of encouragement to top it off. After our lengthy conversation about policy and talking about our kids, my day is better because of her. I couldn't recommend her enough.
