Needed to update my auto insurance, but it's been over 3 weeks and the email I sent to Jim still hasn't been answered, so I am looking for a new agent.

Just now seeing your response. I've emailed you more than once. I verified the email address since I was not receiving a response, and also left a voicemail. I thought you had closed your business. I was left with no choice but to switch to a different agency because it was an urgent matter regarding auto and home insurance.
Your response to ask me to send an email to the same address I've already been using makes no sense.
I could attach copies of my emails sent to you, but I'm not giving this any more or my time.
I will say this: my new insurance agent was impressed with the home policy you had arranged for us; he said you did a fantastic job on that.

I used to hunt around for the best insurance rates on my own, but after I contacted Rob at Mitchell Insurance about getting a better rate on my homeowners insurance I decided to move everything into his capable hands. We now have our house and four vehicles insured with Mitchell at great rates with phenomenal service. I thought it was difficult to get a quote. I have less than perfect credit, needed to get a quote for home and auto and we have had almost zero claims with State Farm and was told that they would go on a record necessarily and not our credit rating so it did not turn out to be that way so State Farm was still so much better value for us.
