Can't say enough nice things about Katie Barton. We were retiring and house shopping from Arizona. She found the perfect home for us! We have been in our home now a year and a half! If I could put 0 stars I would. These people are racist, they lie and don’t return your deposit and then they over charge you for stuff that doesn’t make sense. They rarely send anyone out to fix their own properties. So tenants have to fix it themselves or struggle for months.
Do yourself a favor and DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
They’re gonna screw over the wrong people one day and get their company shut down.

Do not by any means use this company. I repeat do not. This company is run by slumlords and they band aid any and all problems.
They are slowly and steadily losing the current properties they are managing to other agencies and it’s definitely for the best. Once again please do your own research and speak to locals before making your choice.
