We loved living in this apartment community! Betty, the property manager is fantastic! She's very friendly, and easy to work with. The neighbors were also amazing! Us and our dog, loved having run-ins with the neighbors. It was just time for us to move on, and we will miss this community so much!

This might be the best, most affordable apartments in the entire Wausau area. Clean, comfortable, and we'll ran. The property manager, Betty, is absolutely wonderful and does whatever she can for the tenants. Could not recommend enough, if you can a place here definitely do it!
