Came in 9/24 and had issues with my insurance company. Young lady who helped me, you know who you are, spoke with my insurance company and helped me straighten everything out. She is an angel and quite an asset to Mountain Home. You guys are the best!

This is probably the best dmv I've been to. Short waits, and very nice workers. Only problem I have is their ancient out dated card readers. You might as well save yourself from the hassle and bring cash

The employees here are outstanding. Generally, you would be worried to go to the dmv because of horror stories about past dmv’s. These folks are the kindest most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you’re putting it off, don’t. These people are great.

I’m not from here but have been working on a project Mon through Fri for a year and a half. So it’s hard for me to get a renewal on my license back home. I walked in and got a renewal in less than 15 minutes. Fast and professional, I have a CDL and usually have different paperwork to prove it. This is by far the best experience I have ever had. 5 stars.

Today I was helped by Beverly and she was wonderful. She was patient, kind and explained everything clearly for me. She really made my day.
Usually this type of paperwork confuses me, but due to her help, I got everything completed properly.
There was no wait and nice facility.

I have lived in several states and done business with several DMV offices in each. I can state without hesitation I have never been more pleased with th helpful folks in this office! They are courteous and friendly and competent at their job. Too bad not all DMV's are like this one.

It's always busy, but things move fast. I never have to wait very long, if ever. Everyone is great! Best DMV in the state!
