DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS WHICH ARE CURRENTLY RAN BY GEM MANAGEMENT CORPORATION!!!
MY LEASE WAS RECENTLY TERMINATED DUE TO REFUSAL TO COMPLETE RECERTIFICATION PAPERWORK... WHICH I ALREADY COMPLETED UNTIL THEY CLAIMED I WAS FLAGGED DUE TO MY INCOME (SAME INCOME ALL 3 YEARS I LIVED THERE)AND THEN I WAS ASKED TO LIE AND SAY THAT SOMEONE ELSE WAS GIVING ME $480 THAT I WASNT BE GIVEN SO THAT THEY COULD CUT MY CHECK WHICH IS BEING ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT AND CHARGE ME RENT (WHICH WOULD HAVE MESSED UP MANY OTHER INCOME BASED FACTORS IN MY LIFE)!! I MOVED OUT WITHOUT MAKING THEM EVICT ME OR FIGHTING THE EVICTION (WHICH I SHOULD HAVE DONE) BEING TOLD I WOULD STILL BE ABLE TO VISIT MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!! TODAY AFTER BEING MOVED OUT ALMOST A MONTH AND CONTINUE TO BE THERE VISITING ATLEAST EVERY OTHER DAY I WAS TOLD THAT IM NOT ALLOWED TO VISIT MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND IF I CAME BACK ON THE BACK ON THE PROPERTY THAT I WOULD BE ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING!! KEEP IN MY IVE DONE NOTHING WRONG THIS ENTIRE TIME, NEVER EVEN HAD A LEASE VIOLATION IN 3 YEARS!! APARTMENTS ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND MOLD!! YOU HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING THEM TO TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING...I LIVED WITH MOLD IN MY APARTMENT FOR 2 YR AND I HAVE COPD!! YOUR NOT ALLOWED TO DECORATE FOR HOLIDAYS!! ONE WHEEL CHAIR BOUND TENANT WENT 12 DAYS BEFORE THEY FINALLY FIXED HER BROKEN HOT WATER HEATER!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPLEX IVE EVER LIVED IN!!!!
