Mike Welper is a phenomenal agent. This is our third time buying a home and it has also been our most enjoyable search. We are moving to Laramie from a different city and Mike took the time to patiently answer any and all of our questions. Mike gave us a run down of the town and educated us on so much more than the basics. Mike is well known in the community and well versed on how things are handled, which made the process much easier. We needed some work done on the home and Mike was full of great references, which was fantastic, as we are new to town and didn’t know much about reputable local companies. Darla was lovely to work with throughout the entire experience; her friendly attitude makes you feel comfortable from the instant you meet her. After a quick chat about what we were looking for in a house, she understood, and was able to tailor her recommendations specifically to meet our needs. Darla was willing to show us many houses some of which she was able to get us in to see the same day which was so important in the quick turnover of houses Laramie was experiencing at the time. She was easy to communicate with and was VERY responsive, making you feel like her top priority while also juggling multiple other clients. We just wanted to give a huge shout out to Mike Welper from MVP who helped us with the sale and purchase of our new home this last summer. I honestly believe we would not have been able to pull everything off without him. Mike was so great, and I have to admit I am very high maintenance. I was so worried about so many details and he was so reassuring and kind through the whole process. He just kept telling me, "It will all work out, everything will be good." Mike worked with the builder of our new home and kept them on our timeline (which I was so worried would not be done on time). He updated us on the status and kept in contact with the builder and what was going on. He also helped us with our lawn through his business Tough Guys Lawn Care and they did a fabulous job. I was worried that things would not be done in time for us to close and was worried that we would be homeless because we had to be out of the house we sold, but Mike made sure it happened and we are so grateful. Everything did work out, but only because Mike was on top of things. I think he lives for being busy. He does so well under pressure. I highly recommend him if you are buying or selling your home.
