I would like to recommend this office to all. Doctor is knowledgeable, he explained everything so well. He answered all my questions. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable also. You feel well taken care of. There was no pressure sales but just recommendations. The girls help pick out glasses and I might add the lenses he prescribed work extremely well. I don’t know what these people are talking about. This place is awesome. The doctor is friendly, very knowledgeable, and the big one is he listens to you. The staff is top notch with great customer service. They worked with us on the glasses and went over the top with some recommendations. They never tried to sell us anything we did not need. The facility was clean and had a welcoming feeling. I would definitely recommend this place for all your eye needs.

Highly recommend!!!! Dr. Hibbert and his staff are very friendly and kind. They take their time to listen and helped me with the care I needed. I was very impressed with their kindness so I took my son for a new pair of glasses. My son has an anxious experience with new people and experiences but I was very impressed with how they were able to ease his anxiety through the exam and then coming back for his adjustments of his new glasses. My original Dr recently retired and now I have found a new caring Dr and staff. I highly recommend Mountain View Optometrist. They provide the service and care every patient diserves.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE! Let me share my horror story that has been going on over a year. We have been coming to this optometrist for almost 20 years. We are a family of 12 and have taken the children there most of their lives. They recently changed doctors, but they did not change their receptionists, or assistants. They charged me for an appointment that was covered by our insurance. Once I was informed of the bill, I of course called and asked what was going on. They proceeded to tell me that it was an insurance issue. I called my insurance company several times about this matter, and they ASSURED me that it was on their end. My insurance company gave me a reference number to give to them for THEM to call my insurance company and settle this. They even mentioned that they were being investigated for fraud. I called back up to the receptionist as she spoke to me with a more condescending tone every time I called. Until the point she was just completely rude, I asked if they were content with treating their patients like this and they didn’t seem to care. In this midst of all of this I had to take three of my children in to get new glasses for school. So, as I have been waiting for them to call me so I can take my children up there to get their glasses fitted, etc. (A service that is included in the payment that was already received.) Today, I received the glasses in the mail. They did not contact me; they didn’t want to deal with me as I was calling them out on their mistakes. So now my children have glasses that aren’t fitted, I must take them somewhere else even though this was already paid for in the eye exam. Completely unprofessional, rude, and obviously at this point just petty. That is pathetic for a business to operate like this. If you’re looking for a new eye doctor DO NOT come here. They will charge you for things you or your children don’t even need. I just found out two of my children don’t even need glasses, so thank you for sucking the life out of my insurance and not actually helping people......And actually no that isn't a lie and I tried to resolve this over the phone about 10 times and you guys did nothing to fix the problem!maybe you (owner) should call the insurance company yourself instead of having your incompetent staff do it!if you read other reviews im not the only person who has had billing problems with your office!you had half my children in glasses that didn't need them and the two that did need your actual help u just continued to make money off of them for yrs rather than send em to someone who knew what they were doing!! The sad thing Is i wouldn't even have known if ur staff didn't mess up my kids billing and I had to find a new doctor!! Even he was amazed my son hadn't ever had his eye patched that he is almost completely blind in one eye or why my daughter who is 7 with two eyes that are all over the place cross eyed so bad she should have been sent to a specialist but nope you needed to make that money rather than actually get her the help she needed! So im thankful your staff did what they did now I found a real doctor that can actually get my kids the help they needed along time ago!! And by the way you are not a pleasant person to be around! you never smile, you don't listen to my actual problems,your not very kid friendly you are no Dr.Deon he was amazing and I'm sad he decided that you would be the one to ruin his name and business!!
