Mountain View apartments is a beautiful community. The apartments are nice and cozy and spacious. The grass is nice and green and they have a nice playground for my kids to enjoy. We applied for an apartment on Saturday Azalia gave us a nice tour. Ester called us to come back and finish the application she helped us upload our income and explained all the necessary documents we have to provide in detail. Thank you for your help and we can't wait to move in April.

Living at Mountain View apartments has been the most stressful experience I have ever dealt with, from signing the lease til after moving out. Prior to moving here, it was almost impossible to get an email or voicemail response to our move in questions and concerns as the communication was horrendous at best. Once we moved in, (traveling all the way from Northern California) the front desk lady had no idea we were moving in that day. She didn’t have any paperwork prepared, couldn’t find our keys and also failed to mention that we needed to provide a cashiers check that day (it was already 4pm and banks were closing). Throughout our lease, we had massive amounts of rain water that flooded into our apartment at least 3 times and ruined our furniture inside the unit (which we had to clean up and replace). Additionally, we had at least 8 instances throughout our lease where raw sewage water would flood up through our shower drains which made the whole apartment smell like feces. We would have to call out of work to wait hours for the plumber to arrive to temporarily fix the problem. On top of all of these problems, they charged us over $2,000 for unnecessary damages to the unit (including reglazing to the bathrooms which was damaged from the sewage water backups) and carpet replacement (which they couldn’t prove that the carpets were replaced before we moved in). Even after I took photos of the damages prior to our move in, and emailed them to Mountain View, they tried to claim that the time stamps on the photos were “photoshopped.” So I had to make a trip to San Dimas after moving away to prove that my photos were in fact not photoshopped. On top of this, every time that I interacted with Ester Rodlin, the property manager, she was rude and condescending to me. Save yourself and the headache and DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I moved to these apartments last August and really like it. The manager Ester is always personable and very approachable and answers all of our questions. The leasing office is also always responsive and helpful. The landscape at the apartments is really nice and there is a lot of green grass areas to take my dog. It is a very pet and family friendly complex. There is also an elote cart and taco truck that comes on certain days!

Great place to live! I have had a great experience living here, the management is really responsive, all the neighbors are pretty friendly and the location is great. We are right across from a great Cafe. I highly recommend this apartment complex. The parking is ideal and they tow people who do not have a permit 24/7 so there is always parking for residents. There is also a lot of street parking available where you can purchase a night pass for guests. The complex is very welcoming for kids, there are always kids playing. We love living here!

This is a very nice place. Though the parking could be a little better my spot is a little far for my weary bones. And there are no hook ups for a washer and dryer. They have a laundry room. Which is a little far if you have a handicap. But these are not major dettractions. Like I said, it’s really nice here.

We were apartment hunting for awhile and came across Mountain View and took a tour and everyone was so nice. After touring some other apartments we decided Mountain View was by far the best we had seen in our budget and space wise. Ester is incredible. She is so nice and easy to talk to. We were able to get approved quickly and efficiently and moved in quickly. So far I am more than pleased with my experience with Ester and Mountain View!!

We had our move in today and we are very excited to live in our new apartment. The pool is very nice and jacuzzi is heated year round even in the winter. We looked for apartments everywhere in the area and settled on Mountain View because Ester was very nice and helped us out with the renting process and application. Thank you so much!
