Nancy Hawkins is the most professional manager I know! She manages the HOA for my rental and has always been nothing but patient and fair with any concerns brought up. Takes the time to listen and actually hear us. Definitely love her as the manager!

Worst service! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Manager NANCY HAWKINS was so impatient! Of course when you are complaining you are at the height of your emotion but Nancy Hawkins needs some training on Customer Service obviously and not heighten the situation by arguing with the customer then deciding to HANG UP on the customer!
