It's open three days a week. And they're closed at 5PM. So if you have a have a nine to five and need to stop by they're offices, you may have to skip your lunch break and stand in the sun. Because you're not going inside but will be attended through a screen window. It's hot out so be prepared. Bring water and an umbrella. There's no awning. Also sun block. And beware of the potholes in the parking lot. There's a semi truck services behind these offices, they constantly pass through and I imagine that's why the road is so torn up. I brought my motorcycle to get insurance. Take it nice and slow. But they're nice people and they'll help you to whatever extent they can.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, anytime you call they don’t answer you have to leave a voice message and then they don’t call you back! I tried for 5 DAYS to get ahold of them with no success so I finally just decided to switch to a different insurance completely they finally called me back 12 days past my payment date and 4 days after my policy canceled and when I mentioned I had been calling and leaving messages she said it wasn’t there responsibility to get ahold of me but mine to get ahold of them, hello! I was trying to get ahold of them what was is supposed to do drive to the office pick up the phone when I call and pass it to her so she can do her job. Some of us have 9-5 jobs and can’t be on the phone 24/7 waiting for them to answer. In short go somewhere else they don’t take their job serious.
