Hal Feder... the consummate professional, we listed our business for sale with Hal and quickly realized how lucky we were.
Not only did he get the job done (closed in 6 months) he managed both sides of the transaction as well as all third parties with constant communication, instant replies, and thoughtful follow up. Both myself (seller) and the buyer walked away feeling good about the deal largely in part to Hal's work and reassurances.
