Matt not only made the process of switching insurance completely stress free, he saved me $3500 a year AND we included an umbrella policy....so really like a $4500 savings!!! I have had my auto insurance policy (for 3 vehicles) with Murvay for about three years. Their customer service has become worse and worse over the last year. I just realized that their nonperformance on an inquiry from my insurance carrier resulted in my insurance cancellation about a month ago, and no one in their office has informed me about it, nor answered my emails regarding the status of my policy. I have worked with many insurance agencies over the last 20 years, and I have never seen such sever unaccountability and irresponsibility. Murvay’s negligence has put me in a significant risk and very hazardous situation over the last month.
