Very easy to deal with. I was a little nervous hiring a new insurance company up Norteh while we are in Southern California but so far it's been a breeze. They answer your call. Return your calls if they don't know the answer right away and they always check in on us to make sure we are satisfied. USAA never did that.

I was with this insurance for many years and was very happy but the last few months were very disappointed to the point that I have to change to other insurance company. They raised my monthly payments won't let me get to automatic payments.it was one stupid thing after another. They need to change personal or trained them better,the personal that was before was professional and very nice and smarter not like the ones they have now.I don't recommend this insurance company I went to Progressive Insurance Company they gave me more coverage for less money. I wish I knew that before.

I have had Allstate for approximately 29 years. My 1st agent was his wife who I worked with way back in 1988. I have had many chances to change insurance for less $$$, but I feel that if & when needed Mustafa and his employees will be there for me from beginning to the end. Their prices are a little higher, but if you want quality people you have to be willing to pay a little more! It is worth it!
