I am writing this review for Carmen she is a leison to my company providing Solar Loans in San Diego to my solar customers. She makes herself so accessible and works beyond the 9-5 to respond to all my questions and requests. If a loan is possible she makes sure that no matter what branch they apply with, that my client gets the best chance @ a great rate . I recommend this bank for personal loans, they have the rates even a big bank can't compete with with a small business approachability.

This bracnh is the best all the staff is so freindly and helpful, celeste is an amazing banker she refers to us by name and is always going above and beyond to help us with our needs she makes us feel like we are members and not just someone who keeps our koney there. She made it so easy when i first opened ky account it was amazing i wodh i would have been banking with them since i could start banking years ago i will never want to go to another credit union i oove this place and the staff they are all super amazing.
