Everything went well, I did have a bit of difficulty with the lockbox because I had never used that model before but once I got it open it was an easy process. Place was presentable with a few minor things that I’m sure will be taken care of soon.

Hello I am new here in California. I applied for unit that has been available for over a month. I followed instructions to pay for application process. They were answering the phone when the application was being set up but after submitting the application no one has responded to any of my calls. I am still trying to rent the property and the agent that showed me the property said he would like me to stay there. But no one will answer my calls to even give me status update. Usually you hear back next day or day afterwards from most companies. Can someone tell me why no one answers the phone and why did you take my application fee if you weren’t going to rent to me.

The House was Beautiful and I would pay extra just to be able to have the opportunity to live there it’s spacious and has big rooms and a Beautiful kitchen I am in Love with this place.

I have been with Mysmartlease since 2010. My experience has been very good even with having to deploy to Afghanistan and no communication for weeks at a time. Never felt the need to change to a different management company. Very dependable on keeping my home in order and tenants happy and if there was a problem, I was informed. Their experience and solutions to issues has made working a full time job and renting out a home possible. I can speak on my interactions with Holli, Richard, Chris and most of all Erika. They have been very professional and easy to get a hold of.

Would definitely recommend if you like not having head aches with the HOA.

This is a premier property management. No slum lords here. We have been renting with them for over 6 years and they are a great company. Erica (hope I spelled that right) does EVERYTHING! She works the front desk, does the repair requests, etc. She is always super nice. She coordinated with the owner of the home where we are at now to reglaze the tubs, put in a new dishwasher, fresh paint throughout, etc. I was happy with the initial walk through but they went the extra mile to make the house absolutely gorgeous upon move in. The walls were painted yellow before which wasnt a problem for me but they had the entire home repainted a beautiful fresh white and it was stunning! They managed the home we were previously renting until the owner sold it and they coordinated a move into the lovely townhome we live in now. It's cute, it works, and I'm so glad we are renting with them again. I actually rented the townhome prior to doing the walkthough and put down a deposit having only seen pictures because I trust them and they did not disappoint. I had no worries about anything. Heidi is a great lady, she's so nice and works with you. As a tenant, you can avoid most problems if you just communicate to them whats going on. My mother had a stroke and heidi allowed me to pay rent a few days late. It wasn't a problem and she totally understood. Justin is a cool guy, he really worked with us on the move out of our previous home and gave us an extra day to finish moving. He came out on his day off to do the move out which helped out tremendously. We were running behind due to issues with the moving truck and we were not moving fast enough and Justin really saved the day. Paul is a nice guy too, he came to do the pre move out inspection. Everyone there is great, we get treated like family. But then again we don't send harassing emails to the management, we keep to the terms of our lease, we don't trash the place, and we pay rent. Really simple. Doesn't take much to be a good tenant. All in all, I could not say enough about the property management. We intend to stay with them as long as they'll have us. 🙂
