Nancy has the best communication skills, excellent knowledge of the local area, market awareness, honesty and integrity, but also will give you personalized advice and help with "the little things" you may need as well. In essence, she will work hard for you. She was always reachable at a moment's notice, very responsive, devoted, and attentive. Nancy assisted us in buying our retirement, forever Mena home. We were coming and going from out of state, but she was always available when we were in town, thought ahead to have us do paperwork ahead of time. When we had to leave she was able to complete our paperwork on line. She answered all our calls despite working across multiple time zones, and kept us notified of every step as we progressed through closing. Nancy made us feel like family and so welcomed to our new home state. We would have no reservations recommending Nancy to others. She truly proved to be the ‘Wright’ team.
