I used to have State Farm years back, the office I was with was outstanding. I was checking rates again when I went into Natalie's office. I was greeted very nicely, and I was taken care of. After our former insurance raised our premiums (even though we did not have any claims), we decided to insurance shop. State Farm had the lowest price and cut our insurance down by thousands. Shortly after switching we ended up having a hail claim. They were so great to work with. Everyone in her office is knowledgeable and is always looking out for their customers. I’m a very loyal State Farm customer, they are the only insurance provider I have ever used. I've been with multiple agents over the years but Natalie Daly’s office is one of the best! I want to give a special shout out to Christey as she did all the leg work on getting my new home insured. She was absolutely amazing to work with and I am truly thankful for everything she did and continues to do for me. They even send you a welcome card in the mail. Who does that anymore? Love them!
