She was knowledgeable, courteous, and so articulate it was almost hard to believe, in today's world of automation and anyone on a phone being a little bit rude these days. Working with Nathan’s team has been a delight!

I spoke with Courtney yesterday after getting an online quote over the weekend.

I bungled the quote and only one of my cars was submitted to Nathan’s team. When I called her I was discombobulated and worried that the quote would be considerably higher than I thought, and that I would have a break in coverage. (I had already cancelled my current insurance.)

Courtney was kind and patient and *so* reassuring. She patiently explained what went wrong and reassured me that she was figuring it out.

In the past we have been insured by a large company without individual representatives. The contrast in service is considerable and so appreciated.
