Tracy helped me recently with a delicate situation. She went to bat for me and was able to correct the situation I was in. I appreciated everything she did for me in that regard. I have been working with Tracy for a long time now and she is always so friendly and nice to me. No matter the situation she will go over and beyond to try to help me and that is a rarity. We worked with Tracy S to set up a new account. Tracy is great to work with, she explained all of our options and provided us with the most cost efficient account for our needs. We worked with Betty B on our new home load. The process was a bit more involved but overall it was pretty easy. She made everything so easy and explained the entire process to us. Great experience at National Exchange Bank! Betty Benedict was our mortgage loan officer and helped us through the best options for what we needed (a fairly complicated situation).
