My primary branch is in Mayville, WI. Every time I visit ; either drive through or in person , I am greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation. Recently I inquired about a beneficiary TOD . It was handled very professionally by the branch manager. Another location that I occasionally use is the Allenton branch and they also have exceptional customer service

Hazel the new manager refused a savings account due to a prior issue with there customer service a year ago. We went into her office and we had asked about a savings account and she goes “I’m not doing anything for you” and proceeds to say since you complained about are services I’m not doing anything for you. We will be switching banks now after 10 years of going to the bank. Thanks a lot hazel!
